After nearly 29 year in healthcare I firmly believe that we need to build our health and wellness foundation from the inside out, and a Swedish Massage with a focus on lymphatic flow and relaxation is THE best means to achieve that foundation.  I have opted to focus my practice on this technique.

The massages at Seven Stones Massage and Wellness, by way of promoting relaxation and Lymphatic flow, will provide relief from muscle knots and pain, however Deep Tissue Massage sessions are not formally offered.  The primary focus of sessions includes relaxation, slowing down, boosting your immune system and improving your overall wellness. I accept cash, and most major credit/debit cards using a Square Credit processing terminal. I will accept local checks - Ozaukee/Washington County - only (subject to change) 

While I strive to provide the best Massage possible, I need to be mindful of my own health and well being. 90 minute sessions can be very taxing physically, and I have opted to keep myself in the best shape (so I can be in business longer to serve you!!) by limiting sessions to 60 or 75 minutes. If you are looking for longer sessions I am happy to refer you to another qualified therapist in the area.
